Cannot trade pistachio tree

    Hi,
    although I have two pistachio trees in my inventory, if I click on an offer for which someone is looking for a pistachio tree, the icon to do the trade appears to be grey, and not blue. So I am not able to proceed with the trading. Thanks in advance for helping.

    I got the same issue, I thought it was because the trade was completed.. is that the case?

    Hi woody,
    what do you mean by "the trade was completed"? I've just noticed I have the same issue with elder tree. And about pistachios another strange thing: for a trade in which two pistachios were asked I had the blu icon and could possibly trade (it wasn't a good deal though!)

    Sorry, did not mean to hijack your thread. I am just saying I had the same issue and assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that it was because the trade was done, but the system had just not "caught up" yet. I posted on your thread, rather than another thread because it was the same report and I thought one answer would suffice for both of us.

    I am just guessing, I don't know if that is what is happening. In fact, right after posting, I noted multiple other similar threads and problems, so it might be something else. The mods will know. (or will find out.. tell us tech is looking into it, or whatever is applicable)

    Hi woody, not problem for me if you wrote here. I am having the problem for a while now, I logged out and in again so the system should have "caught up" in the meantime.
    Anyway, thank you for pointing out other players signalled the same problem, I did not noticed (maybe it's time to go to bed!). I did not understand the explanation given in those threads, but let's hope it is fixed soon, although I will probably miss the trades I am interested in. Too bad.

    There are problems with certain listings, as some trees have 2 versions o_O If someone selects an older version of a tree, the trade will not go through. We do not know if this will be fixed before this event ends. Any news will be posted in the Official Announcements.
