Can't access bonus gift

    Hello lovely mods. :) I'm hoping you can help me with a problem I've encountered on 2 of my farms regarding the Valentine's calendar. I opened today's gift fine, but couldn't access the bonus gift, despite having all gifts for the week opened. When I refreshed the game, I was able to access the bonus, however when I exited the calendar then went back in, not only could I not open the bonus if I wanted to (I don't, I'm saving it ;) ), but it indicates that I failed to open the gift for day 5 (EP) and I would need to pay 5 BBs to open it and thereby gain access to the bonus gift. The same circumstance is on my baby farm; bonus remains locked, day 5 says it wasn't opened on the right day. I am positive, without a doubt, that I opened these gifts, as I open the calendar on all 3 of my farms at the same time. Refreshing doesn't seem to fix it, and my cache and cookies are clean. Can you please help? The farms are as follows:

    Hello bearbabe,

    I can see there is no bonus running from the extra Gift and shows that Day 5 is locked on both Farms o_O We will forward this to the Game Team and wait to see if there is an issue with the Giveaway. I will update as soon as I have further information.

    Thank you shooger, I appreciate you assistance, and will wait patiently for any further updates. :) (I didn't want to open the bonus yet, I just want to be able to when the Valentine's event starts)

    I have had clarification that there has been no other reports of issues with Day 5, and there would have been many other reports from the other languages if this was an overall issue. I am sorry to say, but if you would like to collect the extra gifts, you will need to open Day 5 with BBs :(

    I appreciate you checking into this for me shooger, even if I don't agree with what you were told. I will contact support for further discussion. Thank you for your help, I appreciate it (and I know you're only an intermediary and can't do any more, and am grateful for all you do for us farmers :inlove: ). NFQ, you may close.
