Can't buy event baskets

    Hi everyone
    Everytime I try to buy a basket for an event, all I get is an empty frame.
    I've made a screenshot to explain better:

    Could you please be so kind and try a different browser as well to see if the situation is the same? Also, could you let us know please if the country flag in your payment section is correct ? (Italy) Can you please also try to proceed to checkout with the current charity:water magical stalk package? Does it show up in this area or do you get an empty window as well?

    I've tried the charity package and I still get the empty window. The italian flag is correct.
    I'm going to try with different browser and let you know.

    EDIT: I've tried Chrome instead of Firefox and there the packages are working.
    So it looks like it's just a Firefox problem... :oops:

    Thank you very much for the update. I am happy to hear that it works in a different browser - sounds like you might have some higher security settings for Firefox, or perhaps add-ons / plugins that prevent the content from loading. Could you please be so kind and double check this? Also, if you have not done this already, clearing your browser cache and your Flash cache might help as well.

    I have just checked Firefox following your suggestion, and it's actually having trouble with some flash plugin. I've tried to update flash but it's not working, the exe just won't start......
    Clearing the cash, I tried before posting but to no avail.
    By the way, it's a problem of my system, not fault of the game ;)
    Guess I'll keep playing through Chrome from now on.
