Can't buy Island Water

    I am trying to refill my island water tank, click on the tank, click on the 0/150 at the bottom of the popup to refill, say yes to 2CC per water and click ok and a popup says I do not have enough goods and I should go to the market.

    I have more then sufficient CC's for 150 water.

    Thanks for any help.
