Can't buy Nepal package

I see other users who login through BigFish are not able to purchase the Nepal package.
Is the team working on this or will BigFish users not be able to purchase the package?
I have tried to purchase different times and it is just says the item does not exist.

It seems that the package is not available for user's that login through 3rd party sites. You can try to contact Support to see if they can assist you.

I realize it will not get those of us who access the game via BigFish the cloud row and other items, but there are many other ways we can donate to help the people of Nepal rebuild their country and their lives. A quick search via Google shows that OxFam and the Red Cross both have donation sites set up.

I have noticed that there are a handful of things we BigFish people cannot purchase - among them, we cannot use the 'slider' bar at the bank to purchase BBs. But, the things we can purchase cost us less if we are game club members, so I'll live with the trade off.

 

Ummm, If I have to go elsewhere, I would rather help threw one of my charities that will match my money to buy items to aid the animal ass. of my choosing.

I am playing a game, and if the game only wants money via direct contact, for an item open to all but 3rd party players, then help me become direct or my 3rd party money will do the walking elsewhere, there be a game that want's my money and gives all the goodies, Free play here is fine with me if aid is not warranted.

Sorry for butting in, but this problem seems to be resolved. I was able to buy the package and I log in via bigfish games.

 

Shooger and Teddy thank you - I will try to contact BP Support and see if I can get my account switched to login directly through BP rather than BigFish.

Tinni - congrats - I just tried and still getting error message item does not exist.

I still can't buy BB's or Nepal

 

I am also Big Fish and cannot buy BB's except normal BBs or Nepal. I cannot even log onto the FORUm expect by using a friends logon
Please give us a way either to be part of the game or operate outside of BigFish I have too much invested in the game to just start over, but if I knew then what I know now I would have joined outside of BigFish. I have put in a ticket with BigFish and Big Point payment support. have had to miss items in the past and it is disappointing.

Thank you Tinni for the update We do not have an official update from the Team, but it seems like the package is now available for Big Fish users .

The Payment support link is only for specific purchases that you have made already, you will not be able to submit a question, just the details of a transaction in particular.

BigFishGames, like any 3rd party, has its disadvantages, but there is nothing Bigpoint can do regarding this matter. However, if you sign up through a partner, you will need to keep on playing through them, unless the partner stops supporting Farmerama, case in which an alternative will be found.
