Cant collect daily gift again

    Everything is blank on events and tabs don't respond to clicking. Been trying for a looooong time.....
    Other days quests are greyed out ...and so on and so on...sigh.
    If you log in but can't collect daily gift do you still get the monthly prize because technically you did log in - just couldn't collect the prizes because it doesn't work anymore? It seems very unfair to be penalised all time for IT issues in this game with timers running out etc etc

    Hello Brian,

    Have you tried refreshing the game to see if that helps? Are you using the Standalone client or a browser to play? If using browser, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps also.
    You have 24 hours to collect your Daily Gift from fuzzles. Hopefully refreshing will help you collect it.
