Can't find Galaxy Gate

    There is no Galaxy Gate in my tree inventory. Where can I find it? Thanks

    Hello frogdog :)

    From the FAQ:
    You can win some through the event (step 6). You also have a chance of receiving one when opening the Capsule O' Marshmallows. You can get some in the Large Baskets/Packs. You can also purchase them in the Shop for 5 BBs each.

    I have just copied the below info from the Event FAQs:

    As you can see, it states that the Galaxy Gate will be found in your main Tree Inventory.

    When I read this I was lead to believe that we would receive a Galaxy Tree that could be found in our tree inventory, then we could win some more during the game.

    Galaxy Gate

    The Galaxy Gate will be found in your main Tree Inventory. They are placeable on the 3 main lands only. They can be harvested immediately or you can wait the full growing time for a better output. They can be harvested once only. Each Galaxy Gate once harvested, rewards 1 x Marshmallow (depending on growing time). Once harvested, the Galaxy Gate is deleted for good.

    You can win some through the event (step 6). You also have a chance of receiving one when opening the Capsule O' Marshmallows. You can get some in the Large Baskets/Packs. You can also purchase them in the Shop for 5 BBs each.

    I'm sorry for any confusion, but the Galaxy Gates are not booked at the beginning but rather can be acquired as listed. Once you get them from rewards (step 6), the Capsule, purchased from baskets or in the shop, you will find them in your Tree Inventory.

    There would have been no confusion if the paragraphs had been swapped around, i.e. winning etc first, then location and placement.

    I understand your point of view :)

    Just as a note for future reference, any event item that is booked to players at the beginning of the event will be stated as such in the FAQ, and you would see a popup message on your farm.
