Can't find my pet

Hello. I bought 2 owl pets and a crow pet during the recent 1/2 price sale in the shop. I've placed the owls with no problem, but I can't find the crow egg in my inventory or on my fields. Can you double check the records for me to verify that I did, in fact, buy the crow? My farm's been in such upheaval lately what with building and rebuilding for the various events, I'd hate to think I scrambled my egg somehow . You have indeed purchased 2 Owls and 1 Crow during the last sale:
2014-11-08 05:20:55 crow-egg: 1, -23.00 BBs, total: 455.00 BBs
2014-11-08 03:56:22 owl-egg: 2, -150.00 BBs, total: 478.00 BBs

The Crow egg is in your inventory, it should be easy to find using the search feature under the Decorations tab. Luckily you have not scrambled it with anything else *whew*.

Teddy! I'm sorry I missed your chat meeting the other day, I wanted to come but wasn't able . I'm glad to know I'm not completely cuckoo, and did actually buy a pet crow. Unfortunately, it still doesn't show anywhere in my decorations inventory. A search for crow, crows nest, crow pet returns nothing, and it can't be found by going through alphabetically either (after coffee party and before dragon dance, I know ). I don't see him hiding anywhere on the 2 fields he's able to be placed on either, or in the park, and I don't remember putting him out; I was waiting until after the event to maximize all available spaces for growing. Did he run away from home? Was I unkind to him? Any other suggestions for finding my wayward crow are greatly appreciated. Thanks, teddy!

 

spotsbox! I will go capture the Crow now and try to place it on your field. I bet it's hiding from you after threatening the poor egg to scramble it .

The crow egg is now on your Park, in the bottom left corner ... Did you see it? Is it still hiding?

 

Teddy, finder of wondering pets . Yes, my crow is now in my park, thank you very much for finding him for me . If I put him back in inventory to move him to Baha, I won't lose him again, will I? (I know that the timer will restart) I hope you didn't get too tired looking all over the farm for him, as a thank you please enjoy a nice mug of hot chocolate and some cookie dough truffles. I'm making these for my Christmas cookie baskets, what do you think?

You should not lose the pet if you move it - simply typing "cr" in the search box will help you spot it in the inventory. If you do lose it though, please let us know immediately and I'll make sure I send the missing crow egg back to its tropical nest ​
