Can't get in.

    Hi Team,
    I have 16 farms, and i can only get into 1 of them. My main, on which I'm posting now.
    The other fifteen of them won't login. I've been trying for a while now. It just doesn't respond, when I click the login button. :(
    Tried both chrome and firefox. I play through browser as I am on Linux, so I can't install the client. Cache clearing and rebooting was the first thing I tried.

    But normally I can login just fine. But today I can only get into my main, and very very very slowly at that. I don't know if my main info will help, as that is the farm i can get into. The rest however, I can't get in. Perhaps they can help the team figure out why.

    I hope they somehow have a fault in common you can spot this way? :)
    I will keep trying to login and if the problem solves, I will say so here.
    IF I can get in, because in order to try the others, I have to log out of my main. So if I don't come back.... then the main is not responding anymore either.

    Edit to add for info: 14.50hrs now and I have been trying every ten minutes or so to get into any of my farms, but now I also can't get into my main anymore. So zero farms will log in. I am going to do other things and come back in a few hours.

    Hello farmingfreebird,

    All your accounts seem to be available for login just fine from our tool. I've cleared server cache for your for all of them. Please could you try again login? I recommend first to clear browser caches and cookies and maybe just in case restart computer also. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you still cannot get to any of the accounts.

    Let's hope it was just a hick-up and everything has returned back to normal when it comes to logging in your accounts.

    Oh my gosh we've figured it out! That was quite the search here to find the culprit. It was an addon, a I-don't-care-about-cookies addon that broke my farm access.
    It's gone now, and now I have to accept the cookies every time I login. I'll experiment with a new ignore/accept cookies addon at a later time, right now, I'm able to get back into the farms.

    The things that can thwart a simple login!

    We were posting at the same time ;) I am thankful for your help! If you've cleared the cache right before I removed the cookie thing, who knows, both things may have helped.
