can't goto town

    hi. last night during the event my game started being stupid. first thing it did was i couldn't log on. my signal was good but the game would get to 55 % and freeze. now it takes a while but i can log on now i can't see town. i go there and all i get is a blank screen. help please

    Hello leannkat,

    Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache to see if that helps solve the display issues? If you post your user ID#, I can clear your cache on our side as well.

    53537589 is my ID #. i'm not sure yet. let me try a couple of things
    ok. last night i cleaned my computer data but didn't know about the flash cash. i just did that. i'm going to see what happens. thanks.
    i got it. i was in my computer it had nothing to do with the game. thank you for all your help.
