Can't IGM New Neighbor

    Hi have a new neighbor -edit- I an can't send her any IGM but she can sent
    them to me. What is going on here. She did have another farm a while back and left.
    She has now come back under a different name and starting from the beginning. Could you please help to be able to IGM her. I am able to gift her.

    Your neighbour needs to contact Support to solve this issue I am afraid, there is nothing anyone can do to help her without her reporting and asking this to be sorted out, I am really sorry. If you encounter similar problems though, please be so kind and report it via support, because there is nothing we are able to do to help, I apologise.
