Can't log in

    Hello wonderful mods. I am unable to log in to my game on any of my devices, either laptop or android. :oops:This problem started when the current issue with the bulletin board started, but at first I was still able to eventually log in. Now I can't log in at all. I've tried all the usual things - clear cache/cookies, etc., but it didn't change anything. Is anyone else having this difficulty? Is there anything that can be done to fix it? I'm missing out on the 2 ongoing events and winter calendar. :cry:

    Hello spotsbox :)

    There are no login issues on the game side and no other reports. Please restart your modem/router and your computer. Please make sure your browser is up to date. I've cleared your server cache as well to see if that helps.

    Did that fix the problem? May I assist you further?

    Thank you for the help, Farmers.Almanac. :) Unfortunately, I was unable to correct the problem with your suggestions. :( Apparently, something went awry with my network adapter. Being completely inept with all things techno (my smartphone is way smarter than me :p ), I was unable to repair the issue and completely lost internet connectivity. Somehow tonight I was able to run the correct troubleshooting program, and it seems to have corrected itself, but not before I missed Fuzzles' daily login gift for yesterday. :cry: I am still unable to load the game on my android devices where I could before, but one technological disaster at a time. :wuerg:xD Thanks so much for the assistance, I hope you are enjoying a lovely mug of yummy hot chocolate, double chocolate of course, with a handful of cinnamon bears for extra yumminess! :inlove:
