Can't log in

Hi I can't access the game. I log in and get the loading bar then it goes to a black screen. Have tried multiple times now to no avail /

• Clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your computer and try logging in again
• Make sure your browser is up to date
• Try a different browser or the Standalone client

It's made animprovement....I now can see the surroundings (picture frame graphic) but anything within where game play should be is just a black box

 

Please provide which platforms you've tried so we can forward on to the Game Team.

 

I've tried in google chrome which usually has no issues

I have been unable to open the game on any browser on my Android phone since the morning. Even if it opens, it cannot be played in full screen comfortably like yesterday. I cleared the browsers. I tried it on several different browsers.

 

I can play at choreme browser on laptop but t choreme on phone the background is black and the game is stuck at 28
