Can't make purchases

    I know you cannot help with payment issues directly, but, my question relates to accessing support. When I tried to purchase a harvester subscription I get the following message:

    We're sorry, but we cannot offer you any payment methods at this time.
    Your order cannot be processed by any of our payment providers.

    Please refill your shopping cart.
    Thanks for your understanding. access support it

    When I attempt to access support it requests, the payment type I tried to use. As I did not/cannot even attempt to use ANY method of payment, I cannot give them that information.

    What do you suggest I do for the "required information" that I cannot give them?

    I login directly with: https://www.farmerama.com/?action=internalGame

    My farm ID is: 52354578

    I would suggest you use the "misc" option in the payment method.

    I tried that 1st. It still requests, payment method information and no place to explain issue.
