CANT PURCHASE BB'S

I have made a regular purchase and a sale purchase of 3300BB's, it goes through all of the motions and says transaction is successful, yet even after I restart, no BB's... Please help. gloheneri #1990321

I just made a 3rd attempt to purchase the 3300BB's, this time I remembered to print out the transaction ID receipt info!!

***as of my 5th attempt, had to keep trying cuz time was running out for the sale. still no bb's for the sale price. I finally was able to just purchase the 3300bb's at regular price and they finally loaded to my acct, even thought it didn't work last nite. If someone could please confirm I am only going to be charged 1 time even though I received 5 confirmation and transaction ID#'s! Thanks

 

I also tried to purchase the BB pack but get an error message that item does not exist or has not been released

For the heck of it, I tried all discounted packs and got error message for each one

Hello gloheneri,

As soon as an Admin is available, they can check your account. If you log in through a 3rd party, the Special BB sale seems not to work and you would have to contact their Support for issues with the offers. If there are payment issues, you need to contact Payment Support through the Bank in the City.

I just checked my credit acct I paid with, it finally went through at the sale price, but also went through at the regular price. So who do I contact to have the 2nd charge removed? Would that be through the bank in the city?
