can't purchase water through shopping time (red basket)

    when ever I purchase water (whether regular or island), I have always used the red basket "shopping time" and then clicked on the farm supplies icon. yesterday, only the island water is showing available. I did figure out that I can click on the actual water tower and get water that way. is the ability to purchase water going to be returned to the red basket "shopping time" section soon. I naturally go that route first?
