can't renew premium farmer status

    I went to renew my premium farmer and it wants gamer cards which I don't have and I can't enter my bank credit cards any more. I sent a support notice. Do I need to find somewhere to purchase these cards?

    edit: I tried to see if I could purchase BB's and cant do that either unless I have a gamer card.

    Hello sunshineaz,

    I am not sure what the problem can be with adding your credit card information. Have you tried deleting the old card information to see if you can then add a new card? If this is not successful, maybe Support can suggest something further.
