Can't unlock all of green meadow-help please

    Hello!
    I have acquired 12 friends, but all of the sections of the green meadow have not cleared. I would appreciate any help you can give.
    I already cleared by browser cache and history, as suggested by one of the help messages.

    Hello gales,

    Have you reached level 17 yet? You need to have 12 Neighbours not including yourself to fully open the Green Meadow.
    If you are already level 17, how many areas are still unlocked?

    Can I assist you further?

    Thank you for responding. I am currently level 20. One area is still locked-it is the pile of sand with the sign in it. Thanks so much
