    Hello! Customer Service Team

    I have a problem. Please help me.
    I'm using Windows 8.1. Your link to a support center can't be used for me.
    An error display goes out in 140 character.
    Is there any other way of outside using this link?

    I don't know why, , , what's wrong.
    A possible thing was tried variously. a fire wall, data clearance, amount of disk and a security measure, Optimization of a system already checked. . .
