    You will first need to build a Carboard Box Factory - go to the City, click on the building bottom left and screen. Scroll along till you see a Cat, click and then use the right arrow until you come to "Carboard Box Factory. Hope you have enough tools to build it! ;)

    You will need Cat Feed and Cats to "feed" the Factory too. :)

    Hi luckysofie

    As illy1996 has kindly indicated, the cardboard factory is the production pens of cats, and you will need to visit the carpenter workshop in the city.
