Carnival Float - vanished!

My carnival float seems to have vanished?

It was placed with the initial rainbow, but now when I go back to check the harvest, there are two green "+" signs and no float to place?

I have refreshed the game, but still no float?

From the FAQ:
Each Float is only displayed for a limited time (2 hours), then disappears.

You can click the green + sign to place the floats again.

How do you get a float again?

I am able to press the "+" sign, but no float to place?

There are tasks to complete, but the time limit is impossible to complete before the task finishes.

This is most confusing!

 

The Floats are only a visual enhancement. Once you are able to play a mini-game, the float will appear once more.
