You can participate in this event from Baha level 1.

* How can I access the event?

You can access the event via the event timer and the Farmer's Society Building in the City.

* What is special about this event?

This quest requires event crops and drops from the "Carnival Queen" Event. Find more details about the Event here.​

Yes! When you enter Farmer's Society, you'll see a Short timed quest called "Carnival Queen".​
