Carnival Queen strategy

I have to agree with you 12ss12 I was thinking the same thing as I was playin I don't really care for it this way I like the other queen better even if we have to rush to decorate the float this just doesn't seem worth the effort but I will continue to do it for at least the 36 games and hope the gift rate gets better

 

The Monkey Queen event is no where near as Fantastic as Previous Monkey Queen event, i did have an Inking that BP will be lot less stringy in terms of prizes, some of mini games do not give GB, PF, SSG at all.

You would be so lucky to get a Floral Candy Basket during an mini game i managed to get it twice so far, I got so many candy collected in my barn

My New Strategy is to play 36 Mini Games, just get all the Star Coins needed to get what i need from Carnival Stop it all depends of Drop of Star Coins.
Fingers Cross, hope the Drops of nicer prizes comes more frequently Played 17 Mini Games so far

 

I'm glad I'm not the only one that's less than thrilled with the changes . Compared to what it used to be... this is insulting . Drops are not keeping up with crops, even while I'm using a ton of buffs for veggies on Baha (growing Chayote in about 7.5 hrs).
And to be honest, I've won more PF, FC, SG, SSG, TM, EP, TEP & CC off the farm wheel trying to get a harvest bonus than I've caught with the baskets so far, lol
24 games played on this farm, 29 on the other. Caught a few more floral baskets, but it's pretty sad when those are the highlight of my basket of goodies.

What are the candies for if the points are not meant for anything in this version of game. not bothered about EP or cc at end of event. cc no use now as market has gone nuts

 

So, focus:
coins as it is for exchange, other small stuff(compare last year is really not so great)
not to mention how fast the carnviak bus move!

 

BBD and PF sale was just announced for Fri thru Sun (the usual) I have only played 2 baskets and my coin collection is terrible Have 19 baskets milling and haven't decided what I will be doing after reaching 36 games. Going back to bed for now and maybe dream of a answer or catching a bunch of goodies

 

This is my first Monkey Queen event. I'm sorry I missed the previous ones. I've played 14 games and only got 2 free baskets in those games. 12 games did not have them on offer.

 

As far as I can tell, the only thing they're for is for exchanging for EP and CC after the game ends.

I'm starting a seperate thread for Delux Pheromone breeding results. If you do any breeding using delux pheromones please come and post your results there - and don't forget, you can buy up to 100 from the event shop.

To me personally I would rather not have the candies exchanged but a few extra rewards during carnival. But for newer players its good for them to recieve EP and cc. So cant please everyone I suppose

A little perspective I think is needed here. Is this as lucrative as the past Queens...no. You don't however have to do much to get to the free stuff unlike past events where building that float was hard especially for new players or players with limited time.

It's still basically free stuff. When you couple it with the items available using free drop items in the bunny love event it's still pretty good and totally free.

This is a good event and also super easy so pretty much everyone can join in. We have been perhaps a bit spoiled in the past but we shouldn't let it ruin what is happening now.

wow some of yall doing better then me....lol but i am very sure i did better then others.. so all in all i think its a fair game.. yes i agree this is super easy to get to then last time having to build it... i am greatful for this event even though its nothing like the other one but i am haveing fun collecting what i can...even though i missed powerfeed from the lag...have been lagging at times

i think if i wrote down what i got i would be disappointed...lol i will say i did win like 7 extra baskets... farm coins... barely any powerfeed..got few suzy grows/super grow but what we all may tie in is the fact the country coins?? i didnt even know till i saw it on list... same as star coins... not enough time to tell the 2 apart... ARH... anyway back to what we may tie in is the cc,and the candies, and exp points it throws...lol least that's what mine throws me the most..

as of now i played 32 games and got 4 baskets made as of this post..

 

Please, BP, bring back our great queen Ape, the mother of prizes, the first to her name, etc, and finally the one and only forever

 

The carnival game is not working well for me..... seems this year I have little or no control over the basket. My basket is always where the candy is not falling. This is not good!

 

One more game to go and I'll have the not so fabulous CR lol. It's already up and running on my other farm. I managed to buy all 100 Deluxe Pheromones with my Star Coins for both farms. I only have a few coins left, not enough to buy anything else. At this point I am still undecided about whether to continue making baskets for more games or not... I think I'm going to wait and see how the Deluxe Pheromones do with upping the chances for better skips tomorrow before I make any more baskets. If they really do give better skips, I may just grow the crops to mill a bunch of those until that event is over, then make a few more baskets after that since the carnival runs longer.

Did anyone else notice the goodies stop flying way before the float is off the screen this time? 15 seconds, yah right lol.

FarmerMolly22 ... Once the basket appears on the screen try moving your cursor up just a hair, then once the candies start flying try to move your mouse only left and right in a straight line. No up or down movement at all or you lose your "hold" on your basket and it decides to do whatever it feels like .

 

My duh of the day - Didn't read event posts and decided to start breeding for hungry bats on ltbit farm. BBD starts later today!
Will see if it works for in progress breeding....

Two events running plus G&T? Wow! A bit much at one time.
Looks like I need to focus on my G&T list this evening. What I can give and what I wish.

I don't think it's a bad event at all. Sure there's less SG, Suzie and pf, but drops are good, mill time very short and we get shop coins so we can choose our rewards (not sure that was there last time, can't remember). I'm enjoying this. Didn't grow anything for drops last night so ran out of basket, so milled pheromones. Suits me fine, will continue to do both for as much as possible.

I did however mess up well. I forgot we got the givers as we played along, so I bought one for too many shop coins I should have known better, I knew better. Just had a malfunction at the time. Oh well, it's only a game.

 

I finished the CR early last night Right now I have a total of 580 star coins and can't decide what to spend it on Do I wish I was getting more PF, SG, SSG,FC and such? Yep!! but like it was stated in previous posts, this is an easy version of the Monkey Queen so I'll be happy with what I get. Still haven't done anything with the Bunny Love event. I think I might wait as long as I feel comfortable with to see how many medals I get and just try to go as far as I can using them. Decisions, decisions
