    Am I missing something??? I have completed both Left and right sides... but I can't open Carnival queen "says I need to finish left side" but I have... Logged in and out... Will try caches next BUT!!! Grrhh!

    Cleared caches, have completed left and right but still no access to Carnival Queen

    Not a mod but have you completed the middle float (part 2 in the pic below)?

    All 3 parts need to be completed to access the Monkey Queen.

    Hello BoHoKaren :)

    As zerodegrees has kindly pointed out, there are three sections of the parade float to complete before being able to do the carnival mini game.

    No further questions. Problem solved.
