yes its definitely a lump and its almost as big as the last one I think it stopped growing now because of where its located on her :( and mayas been having problems going potty now its always something :( and im STILL paying the bill down :( I thought everything would be good after their last surgeries but not to be :( we are going to be moving late next spring or early summer so I hope they will start doing better they should be able to get more exercise where we are moving to :)

I hope that your fur babies will be OK. It is always so worrying when anything is wrong with them, and Vet's bills where I am are so expensive as well, so I know how you must be feeling.

thank you Lilaclady :) and yes it is very worrying :( I even took them to an animal welfare vet so it should be cheaper but it still hit hard :(

PS: I have to take marly in to the vet again as soon as I can come up with the money to do so the mass she has is not something that is to serious it is a fatty tumor or called a Lipoma its not hurting her or anything they say that as long as its not bothering them that it can be left alone the reason most ppl opt to have it removed is for cosmetically im thinking if I can get it removed again I might only because its on the inside of the same elbow it was on before and even though its not bothering her pain wise it probably feels weird since its so big and on her elbow :( so id appreciate all the prayers ect…. that we can get and I also pray if I have it removed it wont come back again :(

I will certainly be thinking of you and Marly and hoping that things work out for you both. My little Scottie has also developed a lump underneath his body but as it is not causing him any bother my Vet said it would be OK to leave it for the time being. He is now 10 years old and she said that these lumps often occur in older dogs. Having lost my other Scottie in February this year, (and I still miss her terribly), I certainly hope that the lump is not going to prove to be anything really serious. Give Marly a big hug from me.

So so sorry Lilaclady of your loss of your Scottie.

MARLY - I've heard if they don't get the whole sac of a lipoma, it can grow back....and quickly. Please make sure with vet that he/she gets the entire lipoma sac...otherwise I think they should re-do it for free!:p
