    i have not received a response from tech about my missing cat kennel??? whats going on? are they just overwhelmed? I think my kitty is lost somewhere in cyber space my neighbor gifted it to me but I never received it. my gift log says it was given ID18629255 thanks for any help regarding this matter.

    As soon as an Admin is available, they will check your account. Posting several times and in different sections will not get it checked any sooner. Please remember we are fellow Gamers and volunteers and we do this in our spare time.

    In the meantime, have you tried refreshing your game to see if it shows? Have you tried the search function whilst in your animal inventory?
