If you are trying to put it straight on the Cloud Row, it won't find it. It has charges that need to be used before you can place it on the Cloud Row. You can just put it out on a field and immediately delete it but you will lose the charges.
If you put a plus sign in the Decorations search box, you will find all the decos that have charges.

I also have a question on the Happy New year cloud row. What type of decorations can we put on the 2x2 square?
I tried to remove different ones from other fields, but nothing works. I was able to fill the smaller space.

Sorry, one more question. I played over 50 games, got the extra reward every time except once, and yet still am far from having earned enough star points to buy the "ribbon me this". I have only 80 points, and will need 165 to buy it. I do not think that it is right.
Thanks for the tip about the + sign, was able to find "confetti" and "festive three pointer".

 

The cloud row doesn't require specific givers, only specific sizes, so you can place any 2x2 giver on that square. When you click on the cloud, your inventory opens to show you all the decos you can choose from. Just select the one you wish to place.

Regarding the event, the mini game has both base and bonus rewards and star coins can be found as both. You can repeat combinations that you know give star coins to get enough to buy the givers from the event shop, or you can continue to try new combinations in the hopes of getting a larger amount. That is strategy that you can discuss with other players in the Strategy section. You are also welcome to post your feedback in the event feedback thread and we can pass that along to the Game Team.

I need a 2x2 size for the cloud row. I have many 37 piccolo wonder box, which are 2x2, 67 sweet summer game, which are 2x2, 1 wonder box and hungarian farmhouse, and jovial anticipation, all are 2x2, none of them show them as a possibility when I clicked on the cloud. my listing remain blank. I also tried swift summer gift and the parthenon III, as deleted them from their current field and put them in my inventory, but it did not show up as available either when I clicked on them.
That is why I wonder if there is a restriction about which items can be chosen in addition to the size.

Yes, there are items in the game that cannot be placed in the cloud rows. Piccolo wonder boxes are not permanent givers but become something else when it is ready to harvest (much like a wonder tree or stable). Neighbor gifts have limited charges and once the charges are used, when you delete them from the field, they do not return to inventory but are deleted permanently. There are some givers that have upgrades, such as Parthenon III, that cannot be placed in the clouds.

If you currently have no 2x2 givers in your inventory, you can choose to remove the ones you have on your fields to see or you can purchase a volcano for a small amount of CC in the deco section of the red shopping basket.

Can I place Piccolo wonder boxes in the museum and what happen then?
Also it seems that the boxes with charges last forever in the museum. Is it correct or do they die without I being aware of it. ?

 

You can place them in the Museum storage houses remembering that the Piccolo wonder boxes are 2x2. Once collected, they may turn into 1x1 or 1x2 deco items also.
Items with charges have to collected manually or with the Pet Harvester tab on the Machinery. You will need to check your storage house once the Piccolo boxes have been first harvested, as not all items winnable have charges and you may wish to delete those.

I am still not cleared about the charges of the item I put in the museum. i have placed some "sweet summer gift" boxes in my museum. They have 20 charges. Do they stop giving me reward after 20 charges when in the museum? There is no counting showing, and I cannot tell if they still gives rewards or not. How can I tell if I should discard them. I loose track of the numbers of times I have collected them.

 

Whether in the Museum or placed on a field, when the charges have all been used, the item needs to be deleted. It can then be placed again where it will give the base reward.
You will need to open your Museum every now and then to see how many charges an item has left (shown in the pic next to the green arrow):

I was confused as the charges did not show in my museum. I have a crate of "goofy animals" in my museum. When I put my mouse over it, it shows that it can be harvested 15 times. However that crate has been there for several month and I harvest daily. No number of charges left shows up, and I still get the benefits, as I calculated it by checking how many EP I get.
I had the same thing with sweet summer gift. So I just try and deleted the boxes. I placed them back and this time a number of charges appeared, along with a lower amount of EP.

My next question is do the boxes place in the museum gives you the extra rewards such as crates of animals etc...
It seems you do not get the extra awards when the boxes are places on the cloud row.
Sorry for all these questions, but I was wondering about them for a long time.

 

When you hover your mouse over your Museum, you will see how many buffs/EP you will get when harvested. You can only see how many charges are left by entering the Museum. Once these charges have been used, you will not receive any rewards unless you delete it and then replace the item.

Sweet Summer Gift was a seasonal Neighbour Gift and once charges are used, there are no rewards. Deleting the item removes it completely from your Inventory, that is why when new ones were placed in the Museum, the charges show again as they are new items.

Any item placed on the clouds do not give individual rewards, they only serve as an item to fill the cloud and you get whatever reward is given for the completed cloudrow. If that item is a deco item with charges, no individual reward is given, to get the charges you need to place it on your field or the Museums.
