Change of Member location

    I set up as a member in one country and have now moved to another. How do I update the location to the location that I am at now please? Member ID 39245311

    Hello Farmand1100,

    Can you be more specific about where you want to change your location? If you mean the country you log in from, you will need to select that country flag before you log in.

    I login in with a country flag of the US and reside in the US but I joined in the UAE so my member flag is set as UAE when I am buying anything . I was hoping to change it to the USA. Sorry I was vague before.

    When I login using the US English flag from the USA the location shown when I go to pay is the UAE (flag in the right hand corner next to the support button )- can I change this so that it accurately reflects how and where I login?

    I apologise for the very late reply, it looks like the thread was lost between the old ones. :(

    The flag on the main page is only changing the language of the game, but the account's geographic location will remain the one of the country it was registered on. If you have moved to a different country, it has to be changed manually for you, because otherwise you will not be able to make any payments and it can lead to further problems.

    In order to request the location of your account to be changed, you need to send in an inquiry to our Customer Care Team, by filling in this contact form. Please note that you will probably be requested to send proof of your new address.
