    As announce yesterday here Bugfixes, Updates and Improvements - January 2017
    The way deliveries to FSQs has been changed, there is now a setting in the settings menu to enable partial deliveries to be made.

    Unless activated, you will only be able to donate to an FSQ if you have sufficient stock to complete the entire delivery.
