    I'm trying to change my email address associated with my account but I can't seem to get the confirmation email sent to my OLD account. I get emails from Farmerama at that account regularly so I'm not sure what is the problem. I have checked junk and spam.

    Soon I won't have access to the old email account so I really need to know how I can change the email address associated with my account 27818843.

    I am not sure why you are not receiving a confirmation email to your old address. You can try contacting support to see if they can assist you with this matter.

    Hello Laurelei,

    First login to your account, then you can either go via ?!-button in the upper right corner or scroll page down and click Support in the bottom of the site. Both of these work with browser, with standalone client only the first one.
