    My credit card was automatically charged $37.46 on Dec. 3, 2016 for the Gold Premium Package even though it now doesn't exist and my benefits are no longer working. Please fix this.

    I run my payments through Amazon. It is not one of the listed options to fill out the ticket and I never received a transaction confirmation for this item so I can't fill out that information either.
    Any suggestions?

    Never mind. I have fixed the problem. You can close.
