Charged more for BB's than originally stated!!

    Hi mods

    I recently paid for 300 BB's from the bank at a GBP charge of £7.27, however, I have since received an email stating that I have been charged £8.00 and this charge has been removed from my account, incorrectly!

    I have not been able to raise this with payment support as the mandatory options given do not relate to this issue.

    Can you please investigate why have been charged more than I should have?
