Cheated by the calendar and BP

    I read the threads from Shetaz71 and from a few others and I have to say, the calendar has done the same thing to me. I went in, collected on the 7th (venom), went back TWO days later and it was gone. It said I didn't open it but yet, Ive got the venom inside my pantry. Im also puzzled how it says I never opened it but yet, there it sits.

    I had issues before with the game and have discovered sending an email to BP support will do u no good. They don't care, give ZERO support whatsoever but still want u to buy stuff for the game. No one in here cares either, nor will they do anything to help u. There is nothing called "benefit of a doubt".. I don't understand why there are 'people' here to support when there is none.

    So, knowing that I would get nowhere and have support tell me Im lying just to open a stocking, I paid for it. But I will never buy another item from here again. I will not give my REAL money to this game that refuses to help anyone here and call those of us that have had calendar (and other) problems a liar.

    Hello Goddessofkaos,

    I am sorry you are unhappy, but if there was a problem with the Calendar, there would be many thousands of complaints from the same day, not different days.
