check my prizewheel please

Hello dear mods, Im sure you have all heard this before, and by the time you get to my point of "rescue" I may be free from this crisis but at the moment I am "stuck " at my prize wheel, and in this case could only "go upward" which was here at forum, Could someone check this when time? I will just hang around here if thats ok, and see whats new around these threads... Big thanks in advance! P.s the wheel was spining and then quit while in spin motion...?

You can check yourself in the meantime by clicking on the "reward history" tab. If your wheel is stuck, you can try refreshing to see if that solves the problem.

Whoaaa I tried to log out but nothing happens. Thank you though for your help shooger.sweet



Everything seems well now, I tapped around the controls upper right corner and ended up taking farm pic then back to reloading , which is what I needed to do but could not log out from my wheel! I think that darn wheel owes me a singing tulip, and at the very least a sweet jam for shooger.sweet...

I had the same issue all morning on both wheels regular/party......I got out of there by using the map shortcut '-', that's the hyphen or minus under the F12 button on your keyboard. This way you can continue without refreshing or signing out, if it works for you too that is.

Sorry if this is not the right spot but I will like to add that I am having problems buying barnyard bills and party tickets or any other thing on this game.
I was back and forward with the technical support (Chloe) and still not able to buy anything.
Explanation: German laws has change and they are having problems with taxes.
What a shame and since I can not play the way I used to play I probably will end up leaving the game.
I don't even have a option to use other means of payment such as paypal or cell phone because these options are not showing on my screen.
She also stated that many other players are having the same issue.

This indeed is not the right place to bring up the topic - but from my understanding, it sounds like you are registered through a partner that can no longer accept payments - so yes, all the players registered through these partners (Kongregate, BigFishGames, Games.com, AOL) from countries specific countries, are unable to make payments. This is common for the Bigpoint games, and sadly, there is nothing we can do apart from advising you to stay in contact with Support, and keep an eye on announcements. If a solution is found, it should be announced through the Forum as well. I do hope you will not stop playing, and that a solution will be found. If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to open a new thread.
