    i am being a mentor for almost a month and all my chichadee comes in red ...i send them away and request for new ones and again they will come in red....it is being a month and i have 0 points until now....if i keep going like this i will never going to have a point or even pass level...please advise

    I'm sorry you're getting flashing red chicks. We have no control over the chicks that are assigned to your roost. We can only suggest that you continue trying to get chicks that you can mentor.

    You could try getting your next Chicks from another English speaking flag, ie Australia, England or the United States.
