Chickadee doesn't exist?

    Hi, I have just accepted a new chickadee but when sending a welcome message I am told the player does not exist. Their user name begins tec.... I have tried a few times so whats wrong?. They seem to be actively playing.. Would you look into it please? thanks

    The chickadee is no longer playing. The account has been cancelled. You will need to remove the ckickadee from your roost and hopefully you will get a new active chick next time.
