I lost a chickadee overnight called - edit - removed due to privacy reasons -. I don't believe i deleted them and they don't believe they deleted me

Can you tell how we got seperated ?

I have removed the name of your chickadee due to privacy reasons. The good news is that your chickadee did not delete you and you did not delete them, but the bad news is that they accidentally left the system . Therefore, a few minutes later when they re-joined the system, they were assigned a new mentor. I am really sorry, and I hope you will get a new great chick welcomed into your roost asap!

Hello pferdepferdefarm,

There is a button available for chickadees in the Mentoring layer in game which allows them to leave the system. It appears that this is a little bit confusing because some players want to just close this feature, not leave the mentoring feature / give up on the chickadee status, but instead of using the X button in the top right corner, they use the leave button. We can assume it is an accident when the player joins the mentoring again shortly after that.
