Chicken Egg, Hen House

I am confused on the 10 tools produced from the Hen House
when I harvested my two for the first time, my inventory under other shows a symbol for 20 tools and not what the 20 tools are or were
so did I receive 20 individual tools, (if I did how do know what they were) or am I some-how suppose convert the symbols into tools
