Chicken pens missing

    I have one chicken pen on my field but all the pens in my inventory have disappeared. I don't know how many I had, but I know that I definitely had more than one!

    PS. I first noticed it a couple of days ago so it is not a log-in issue, and I have tried clearing the cache etc.

    Hello kingros :oops:

    I have checked your logs and you have 2 Yellow chicken coops in your inventory, and 3 egg farms - would it be possible that this is causing the confusion? If not, please be so kind and contact our Customer Care team since we are not able to do anything about this, as we cannot check previous stable inventory stock.

    Hi Teddy, no it is definitely chicken pens that are missing - who ever heard of a farmerama farmer with no chicken pens! :p

    Thanks for your help, I will contact the Customer Care team. You can close the thread.
