    On day 18 the prize was 48 hr harvester and the bonus prize was 48 hr harvester +1 so shouldn't that mean a 48 hour harvester plus a coupon for another 48 hr?

    The bonus prize was 48 hours of +1 harvest. So each plot of land gives +1 crop. If you're using a 2x2 plot, it will give you 6 of your crop (instead of 5). If you use 1x1 plots, you will get 3 from each plot instead of 2. It's basically like a pumpkin jam that lasts for 48 hours.
