Christmas Eve event not working

I got the first 2 trees but was not credited. Took my crops and drops but no check marks on the trees. Do not want to do anymore until this is fixed. Cleared cache, refreshed, etc. and still no luck. Could you please check this for me.

Your logs show you have donated the drop item (deco box) but have not donated the crops. In each decoration, you must donate both crops and drops. It will be a 2 part donation by clicking on the deco box deposit button and the fir sprig flower (event crop) deposit button.



When you donate one of the requirements, in your case the drops, you will see a window that looks like this:

You have not finished that level, but only completed one donation (the drops). You can see the Deco box requirement has a check mark but the event crop does not. You will need to click on the crop requirement and once you have completed that, you will get a check mark and the associated rewards. You will then have the ability to decorate your room
