Christmas Eve - no rewards

Hello,
I just deposited ornaments and tinsel for 2 decorations, right row top two. My deposit has been accepted but no rewards in my inventory and nothing changed on the tree.

Hi,
I am not a mod so i cant help with no rewards in your inventory but as far as the tree not changing did you click on the box with the check mark?? if you successfully donated everything required there should be a green check mark indicating that you have completed that task. If you want to then apply the decoration to the tree you need to click on the check marked box and it will be on the tree and a gold box will appear around the decoration item square.

Thanks for your help Mar_Bear but that is not my issue.
The problem I have is that I had not been credited with anything. I donated tinsel and ornaments, got a window stating that my deposit has been accepted and at that it ended. If there is another window showing the rewards being credited... I never got it. I don't have check marks on the decorations, my decorations counter still shows 0 unlocked... It looks like I never played but the game did subtract tinsel and ornaments from my inventory.

I can see you have now finished all 15 decorations and all rewards were added successfully to your account. If you are having display issues, you may need to try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache.

Hi Shooger Sweet,
No it wasn't the display issue. I did all the standards steps including reboot when I reported the issue. I picked up remaining 3 gifts under the Christmas tree (I had picked up 1 when event started) and after that I was able to complete the event.
