I like this event, the long growing time leaves farmers to get on with Christmas/holiday preparations and, with the extra time given, the event should be manageable without tearing up all fields and staying awake all night. :)
The prizes are pretty good and I like the inclusion of some BBs in there to motivate us all to participate! :music:
Thank you for being thoughtful to us all during the festive season. All paws up on this one. :inlove:

How does this actually work? I've bought at least three of the room decorations, but don't seem to have been awarded the goods that are associated with each one. Do I have to buy one of each type of decoration before anything gets awarded?

If you have completed an item, you should receive certain rewards and, depending on how many items you finish, you get further rewards. These are given after 3, 6, 9, 12, 14 and 15 items are completed. There is a slide bar at the side of the event window that shows how you are progressing. :)

If this does not help you or you are not actually getting the prizes, post a question in "General Questions" or Technical Problems" and a Mod will be along shortly to assist. ;)

This is a really lovely event. I too enjoy the longer growing time, that there is no milling, and of course, any form of decorating is fun! The extra gifts were lovely, and the prizes for this event are commensurate with the requirements. The amounts required are a touch demanding, if one can only count on two harvests per day, but not out of reach. Well done.

Thanks BP for such a beautiful event. :inlove:
Really loving it.:inlove: I somehow managed to get three harvests a day, wasn't quite lucky with the wheel though,;) but everything looks OK now as drop rate has improved :D Thumbs up, BP :inlove:

Thanks all for your response. I just saw that there are two things to pay in for each item! I've wasted items by paying in only one for several! Ah well. But I don't know how some players are getting three harvests a day -- the crop requires 29 hours if all you can put on it is water and manure.

If you plant the event crop overnight, then harvest twice per day, that makes the three - it means that if you get up by 7.00 (European time) and harvest on time, the second harvest of the day is about 9.00 in the evening. This all depends on your personal routine. I sometimes managed three but two was more practical. :p

Thanks illy1996, but the time from 7am until 9pm is only 14 hours. If all you have in resources is water and manure, a crop takes 29 hours, which is longer than one 24 hour day. And that's all the resources I have.

So, even with just water, that makes just under 24 hours. :)

I plant when I get up, then mid afternoon and hopefully about 9.00 in the evening though that last harvest is very much dependent on what time I get up! :p
