    Hi, I am having a problem collecting the rewards for Christmas Nights Quest, I had the required donations to do 13 of the 15 rewards. It kept saying you did this level already I had to refresh several times, on the last 2 my donations were taken but no rewards given, I believe it was for the carrot apple chutney and sail shop. It is a little after midnight here and I must go to sleep now and I won't be able to check back until noon tomorrow. (EST) I hope you can resolve this, I worked hard to get the required donations and am so disappointed that this problem happened at the last moment (for me) of this quest babasfarm ID#29800147 I just checked I have 242 drops and 10 event crops. I think it took my crops but not drops hope you can look into this thank you

    I am not a mod but you have to donate the Drops too. It says 'this level is done' but that is only for the crops. Click on the right-hand icon beside the crop icon, so you can donate the drops. Hope this gets to you in time and you understand. Good luck.

    Hello babasfarm,

    For box 9 you only donated 1171 event crops. This probably occurred as the mechanics will not allow you to use your last 10 seeds unless you agree to the pop up that appears or adjust the amount yourself manually.
    For box 11 you only donated the required event crop, you did not donate the 120 Festive stars.

    thank you for looking into this. at least I was able to receive the ones I really wanted. I must say the popups were confusing why was there a popup after each box was completed and I received my reward. I had to keep refreshing, I have done so many quests in the past and never had this problem. By the time I did 5 or 6 squares It got very confusing. After one square is done, and rewards received I would think you should be able to go on to the next one. I guess I will be more careful next time. The farm has always been fun and relaxing. Not so much anymore.
