Background:

The Chrome Web Store integration is kind of a hybrid solution which enables the users to either register or login with a standard Bigpoint account or with specific third party accounts (Single-Sign-On)



Bigpoint is going to shut down the option of using other authentication provider on CWS. Therefore those users need to be migrated to the Bigpoint Account by providing a valid email address and change their passwords.

How to migrate the existing SSO account (step-by-step)

Step1: You simply need to provide a valid email address. It is important that this is really a valid email, as this will be needed in the following steps and for the confirmation of the password changes.







The link directs you to the password section of the account center.


Step2: Follow the steps of the password recovery. The Username should be already prefilled. By pressing next you will receive an email to your previously provided email address containing a link that will allow you to reset your password.









Step3: After entering a new password, you will receive another email in order to verify your changes.





The confirmation link will lead you back to the account center.






Pressing “back” will bring you into your game account. From now on you can simply login over the official game website: farmerama.com​
