Bug Cinema Issues: April 2016

Hello is there anyone out there, Earth to the people that don't give a darn about us, you know the player's. when you have a thief you get rid of him, otherwise your a fool, This is the biggest problem you have. this is not a glitch it's over an over again,it seam's to me and everyone else that you can't handle your thief so keep him on the staff. everyone is so happy that nobody care's here's a hint you need to ~edit~, or get RID of the movie's. gust a thought for the one's in power. HELLO FIX IT

Have watched 4 Hp Movies but haven't been rewarded for them


Sorry I didn't know I had to put IT here...Thought this was a totally different problem ...THIS being for the movies that AREN'T PLAYING for players)

My problem being ....I wasn't REWARDED for WATCHING them

And YES I know where to put it ...IN THE BIN ...because writing here doesn't do any good ...it has taken me weeks to get 4 movies to play

Am getting so sick and tired of this .. think I will look around for a new game to play ...I cannot be bothered with this any more

Games are suppose to be FUN .. at the moment ...this isn't and thats sad
It's the people playing this game thats making it fun

Would still like those BB's please ...I have earnt them

Its for both nellie...I have movies that play like...the Los Angela's one but doesn't give points...there are others that dont even play...its a continually problem.
If it cant be fixed than create something else in the game that provides the same rewards. its doing nothing for the sponsorship. I can tell u after watching the Los Angela's video---so many times---does not make me want to visit it...even the super sonic movie.

Yes Cache is cleared---so many times it probably doesn't remember its a computer.
Yes refreshed. Yes logged on and off.
Yes tried in another browser.

 

I am getting the same problems as nm56.

Message showing 'One moment please' then nothing. No movie.
This is getting tiresome and frustrating. Done all the housekeeping things suggested.

Because none of us are getting a reply to our threads ... I tried the usual place we go to when we have problems ... and was told to put it here .... i don't know why ... Because I wont get a reply to it here...thought going there I would

All I was asking was for my BB's I had earnt ..which haven't been given

And I agree something else should replace the movies ...because it isn't a very reliable source to make them

Seems like warnings and reminders are needed in this thread, because complaining is easy and blaming others for being unheard - so, from now on, we will keep spamming this thread to remind you that you need to post all the requested details for the Cinema issues reported.

There is nothing we can reply to when it comes to a broken video, as explained so many times in the past. Details are collected, forwarded to the Team, collected from all the other Teams, and then forwarded to partners to be taken care of.

7) Flash player version

Please note that if you do not provide the details request, we won't be able to forward the issues to be taken care of.

Please refrain from other comments and just collect the broken videos by providing all the requested details - not providing them and complaining that the videos are not being taken care of will not help . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Sorry Teddy for my outburst ...But when this is the ONLY source we have to make BB'S
This problem becomes a little annoying from the amount of time we have been without the movies

YES we can earn them from farmers society Quests ( but these are one off) ... once we have done these quests ... we have NO other means to make them
As the cinema isn't very reliable ... I also think we need another source to make them

And I am sorry but I don't buy virtual ...if the games came on a disc yes I would buy it
I bought the confectioners because temptation got the better of me

Movies: Los Angela's , Diabetes information, Supersonic-->inconsistently plays...This AM it played & Last night it didnt. Last night I was lucky to get some of the adds that play---then I started to get the other ones

I will pay more attention to the actual titles. Again, they are inconsistent. sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. Los Angela's never works...Thank you.

HI teddy and thank you for your posting. I am one of those players who don't know how to do a screen shot. However I do supply all the other info. I promise to refrain from my comments

 

1) Short description of the issue experienced.... Arrow goes around and around ...No Movie plays
2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CEST) ... every time you try to play one
3) Country you are playing from ......UK

4) Screenshot..... went to get a screenshot AND I could watch a movie ...if it happens again I will add a screenshot ...thank you for telling me how to do them teddy

Hello julie1013,

The easiest way to take a screenshot is using the Print Screen (Prt sc) button on your keyboard. Press this button, then open Paint (it's a default application/software provided by Windows, which allows you to edit, create images, draw, etc) . Once Paint is loaded, press the CTRL and V keys on your keyboard at the same time - this will paste the screenshot taken into the new file. Then, go to File in the top menu, and choose the option Save as ... then enter a name for the file and click save.

You can then access a free image hosting website to upload the image by selecting it from the location you have saved it, such as http://imgur.com/ .

Another even easier way is to use the above website and after clicking on the Print Screen key, just press CTRL and V at the same time while having this website open, and you will see a smaller window showing up, giving you the option to 'Start Upload'. Click on this button and you will be taken to the uploaded image, so you can just copy the URL and paste it on the Forum.

If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to let us know.
