Bug Cinema Issues: February 2016

mfarm57317 now you know there doing there best. just because you need to watch 6.44 min. of garbage before you can get your bb's keep trying, sooner or latter you will get them, i don't see what your problem is. i'm making popcorn to watch the movie's,
just what do you want for nothing, all you need to do is break out the cash, all is good.

 

Problems with the cinema paying out again! Videos play just fine but no rewards given. This has been going on for days now!! Please help! User: pixie13ID: 2796618

 

Please add my frustrated voice to the crowd!! I watched the Hewlett Packard movie - it played fine - but NO POINTS were given...that's 15 points owed for my time spent.
And it is not for 'nothing' that BB's are 'earned'. We give our TIME...and as most people know - TIME is money. So, when we give our time, it is to be rewarded with BB's.... *the same as one gives their time all week for a paycheck*..... They are NOT free.
And I am tired of spending my time for nothing, when it could be put to much better use.

Please BP...if it can't be de-bugged, find another way for us to earn BB's with our time.

Just thought I'd drop a tip for those still having problems with supersonic: I tried continuing to click on the arrow after it ran it's circle and no movie started, and found if I keep doing it long enough, it will usually give up a movie. So far the most times I've had to click it was about 25, but sometimes it does it after 2 or 3, or pick a number, any number . It doesn't always work, but it seems to most of the time. Hope this helps some of you!

That being said, I've also never gotten points from the HP/company divides or the music makes it home videos either.

I hope I am not jinxing myself but I wanted to say that the ads have been playing for me the last several days. Sometimes the circle spins around but if I click on it again an ad will play After all the times I complained I just wanted to say thank you for fixing the problem or at least making steps at an improvement

The cinema worked perfectly for three glorious days! Since then I've been able to get points from just one video. The Hewlett Packard video has NEVER given points!! Add me to the list of people who are fed up with this nonsense! If it were something that involved you getting paid by us it would be fixed immediately!

 

OMG!!!! Another day and my cinema is still stuck on the company divides in 2. For one thing, it's over 6 minutes long Not going to bother with ID# and the rest of the info....just check in my previous posts. Unhappy camper here

 

You can just take what julie said and add my name to it. Even though I let it run, and get nothing for it, the Hewlett Packard video continues to come back again! As of now I will never do any business with Hewlett Packard and I am now boycotting all their products.

 

Hp company splits in two, no points, use e different browsers, Chrome and Torch, never ever gives points.

 

Yipee, I managed to get a different video about midnight last night Then it went back to the arrow spinning around This morning I got another video then it went back to spinning Looks like I'm back on that roller coaster It's been 2 months now...hopefully March will be better
