Bug Cinema Issues: May 2015

Hello lovely Farmers,

Please be so kind and use this thread to report any Cinema related issues you encounter this month.

Please note that the "no videos available" message is normal to have, this is not a bug, it just means you do not qualify for any offer.

Also, please make sure your Shockwave movie player is up to date, as well as your Flash player, if you encounter black screens.

For white blank screens, make sure you don't have a plugin blocking the content.

For other issues with the cinema, in order to forward them to the Game Team, we will need the following details, so please use the template provided below for the reports, posting all the requested information, points 1 to 6:
1) Short description of the issue experienced
2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CET)
3) Country you are playing from
4) Screenshot
5) User ID
6) Browser used
7) Flash player version

Video won't play. I push play, the timer at bottom of screen, stops 3 seconds short of finish. Then Play Again appears. I push play again and a rotating circle appears (like it's loading) and nothing but the rotating circle is seen. This occurred at 3:32:37 PM CEST. I am in the USA. My ID#40504976. Using Firefox browser. I don't know how to post a screen shot to this. But I will figure out what flash player version I am using and let you know. (I always update the flash player) Thank you for your time. P.S.
Flash player version is 17.0.0.169

I disabled AdBlockPlus on this site, and finally, I can see the films, after trying for several months, updating players, and not being able to sort the problem.

Nothing. This has happened frequently over the last few weeks. The Full Screen countdown Clock reads 3:32:37 PM CEST, I am in the USA. My ID# is 35336926. I use flash player 17.0.0.169 on Firefox browser.

 

Videos for Estee Lauder makeup are playing through normally, but not giving points.
I've watched the same video 4 times now, no points.

I'm now getting other videos, ones I've watched before. None of them are giving any points.

Now I'm getting points!
