Bug Cinema Issues: November 2015

Hello lovely Farmers,

Please be so kind and use this thread to report any Cinema related issues you encounter this month.

Please note that the "no videos available" message is normal to have, this is not a bug, it just means you do not qualify for any offer.

Also, please make sure your Shockwave movie player is up to date, as well as your Flash player, if you encounter black screens.

For white blank screens, make sure you don't have a plugin blocking the content.

For other issues with the cinema, in order to forward them to the Game Team, we will need the following details, so please use the template provided below for the reports, posting all the requested information, points 1 to 6:
1) Short description of the issue experienced
2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CET)
3) Country you are playing from
4) Screenshot
5) User ID
6) Browser used
7) Flash player version

Not again! Please tell me it isn't so! Another movie that is not giving us any reward points. The movie is "business as usual". I just watched it 4 times with no rewards points. One similarity that I noticed with this movie and the "question together" movie is they both have something to do with YouTube. I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem or not, it's just something I noticed. This problem happens on Firefox and IE. I have the latest adobe flash update. My user name is mfarm57317, my I.D. is 18388196. I am in the USA. I do have a question, am I doing something wrong after the movie is over? When the movie is over, I hit the X in the upper right hand corner. Is there something else I need to click on? Thank you for any help or advice you can give me on this problem. One more note, on another thread started by "teddy bear", there are numerous posts (2 pages) relating to this same problem but there has been no response to these complaints. Once more, thank you for any help you can give to this on-going problem.​

 

Another "You Tube" movie..."Will we ever cure cancer" is now playing and....you guessed it, this movie is not giving me any reward points.
I don't know why I bother posting this problem. Nobody ever responds.

We do not respond to the Cinema issues because there is no point in saying the same thing over and over again - we collect these issues in this thread for a reason, and forward them to the team. They have to be in the format requested by the initial post of the thread, as those are the details we have to pass along for the videos to be taken care of.

Another youtube video that isn't giving points. as with the previous two this new one "When was your last eye appointment" isn't giving points. I'm in the USA, my ID is 53372550, my browser is google chrome, and all my plug-ins are up to date.

I hope this issue gets fixed.

 

I am having the exact same issue with the eye appointment video that cookie02840 posted about. I've watched it 3-4 times... and no reward was given. I am on a metered internet data plan, so this is very inconvenient and frustrating.

Browser used is Google Chrome. My plug-ins and flash are all up to date.

Same issue as above, movies/ads play just fine, but no points. I am in the USA, 11:06 am EST, so 17:06 CEST I'm not sure what you are looking for in a screen shot, there aren't any error messages to capture.

Browser used is Google Chrome. My plug-ins and flash are all up to date as I use a Chromebook (which updates in the cloud - software is not installed on my device, as it is not a PC). User: Aetheria14 52108944

Edit: Hooray, it is working now, thanks for the quick fix!!
Second Edit: Ads that do not have an X to click for reward, such as the Massachusetts Insurance Connector ad, are still not working.

 

Today the movie is an LG one, LGED TV. Sometimes the points lag in receiving them but it whas not given any. ID # 50838203, Chrome browser, everything is up to date, USA. Thanks, guys & gals

 

Movie not playing.
Screen comes up and shows F Share and Tweet upper left and with a black screen but the movie does not start.

I keep getting one that won't load. It's a black screen. Up in the corner it says powered by supersonic

If I try to move it below(like fast forward) it says it has zero time from start to finish.

I keep getting this over and over...and it won't change to anything else. I've already made over 20 attempts with this same thing.

 

Having the same issue with the sonic video. Ralphs treatment video again. It seems alot of the youtube videos aren't giving points or it's very random when they do As a player who doesn't have income to buy bb's I am finding it very frustrating to watch the ads Over the last few days, it seems that most of the ads aren't giving points. The screen might as well say "No videos available at this time". I live in the NE USA, shockwave is up-to-date, etc. I truly hope these posts are reaching the dream team

 

cole whitt video does not give any points. Watched 3 times, completed the poll and still rec'd no points!!

 

The Journey of Cole Whitt by speed stick video doesn't give any points. Watched and answered their survey about 7-8 times. Same thing with my daughter's farm.

 

Again, here we go again. I must be honest though and say that for the last 3 weeks or so there were no issues with the theater. Now, beginning yesterday there are again no rewards for movie watching. It takes time to watch those for the reward, time I could spend doing something else. Please look into this issue and repair. Thank you.
