Bug Cinema Issues: October 2015

1) I can watch "question together" multiple times but only get points for it the first time I watch it in a 24 hour period. After that, no points. Since this is the only video I'm getting to watch, it often means I can only earn 15 points per day.

2) Time when it occurs is pretty much all day, every day, from multiple computers running IE and flash 19.0.0.226 but most recently around 11:15 EST which I believe is 5:15 CST

I have watched the movie " Question Together" 4 times today, and several times for the last 2 days, and it never gave me my movie points. can someone please check this for me?

 

Hello....is anyone monitoring these posts? There have been many complaints but no responses to this problem of no rewards for watching the "Question Together" movie. This problem still persists today. Could you please fix this problem? If "Question Together" does not want to give out any reward points, maybe this movie should be removed...just a thought. Thank you for any help you can give to this problem.

 

Yea, same issue here, watch the movie, get nothing. Watch many movies get the same thing, nothing. Why am I watching them? Please fix this problem as it is getting to be a regular thing than none of the players like.

I am no longer getting points for the "Question Together" movie. I had received them for this movie up until today.

USA, Opera, current version of Flash (just updated a couple of days ago). Just watched a few minutes ago followed by the St. Vincent one with the lady riding a bicycle for which I did get 15 points.

 

1. I also do not receive points for "question together" vid. It has been going on approximately 1 week. Most days it is the predominant, or only, vid available during the 24 hr. period.

ID: 39261141 I am having the same problem myself with the movie issue and the movie is the question one over and over again and I watched it several times now and got no points for this at all. I just hope if they decide to fix the problem they will not go back to only 3 gold a day all though I would rather take only 3 gold a day over nothing at all. It just bites that we are having this issue. And seems like no one is looking into it. Are at lease no one says they are looking into this issue. Please fix this issue a.s.a.p.

Not again! Please tell me it isn't so! Another movie that is not giving us any reward points. The movie is "business as usual". I just watched it 4 times with no rewards points. One similarity that I noticed with this movie and the "question together" movie is they both have something to do with YouTube. I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem or not, it's just something I noticed. This problem happens on Firefox and IE. I have the latest adobe flash update. My user name is mfarm57317, my I.D. is 18388196. I am in the USA. I do have a question, am I doing something wrong after the movie is over? When the movie is over, I hit the X in the upper right hand corner. Is there something else I need to click on? Thank you for any help or advice you can give me on this problem.

 

I am having the same problem with same movie as mfarm. I also live in USA/ Have wondered if it does have to do with the youtube thing

 

The problems with the movie theater still have not been fixed. Once in a while you can get points from more than 1 movie at a time, but most of the time you can only get points from 1 movie and any you play after that give you nothing. I am also having the same problem as everybody else with the you tube movies. I tend to wonder if it isn't connected with the volume of traffic on you tube.

BP you've got too good an operation going here to let these little irritating problems persist! Things like this become major irritants and can drive people away. You are a class act in so many ways, don't make the mistake of thinking this isn't important. There are too many games available today for people to switch to if their irritation factor gets high enough.
